If you have a need for an artist or artists to support a specific event, service, etc... you can post your request here. We will send your request to our membership of local artists. The artists who feel they are a good match for your needs will contact you directly.

The superlative values and Christian ethics of the Great Commission Artists inform all that we do, and it is our belief and hope that all who link on this site will concur and conduct their ministries similarly. Please understand that the Drawing Board for Great Commission Artists is intended to provide a medium for linking artists and ministries. Announcing: Our Theme for 2013, Art and Relationships
In our inaugural year, we were honored to connect people from many different churches in our communities. As we look forward to 2013, we want to nurture those connections with our own version of small group collaboratives that provide meaningful and fun fellowship. Through ongoing and purposeful gatherings, we hope to learn, grow, pray, and discover a new freedom in our art together. We’re inviting qualified mentors and teachers to lead us in this exciting journey.

We will offer four categories of groups. Each group will determine its own schedule, projects, and frequency of meeting at its first collaborative.

The four categories are:

Media-oriented groups: painting, drawing, mixed media, photography, digital, sculpture, ceramics.
Ministry-oriented groups: community outreach such as prisons, hospitals, nursing homes, etc.
Church service groups: traveling exhibits, worship arts such as power point art, prophetic expression, or video devotionals.
Personal growth groups: art journaling, Scripture study with art, devotionals art.

You are welcome to sign up for more than one, if you wish. Your leaders will contact you with information and first meeting dates as soon as we determine details and a schedule.
